L'Aimant was created for François Coty by Vincent Roubert. Roubert had become Coty's lab director in 1923 and had absorbed much of Coty's thinking about perfume.
L'Aimant means "magnet" in French. The composition is elegant, sophisticated and classic combination of flowers.
